COLLECTION OF WASTE                                                                       Collection of Waste

1. It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to run or conduct a Dump - Ground within the Town of Smithfield, Madison County, New York, without the express permission of the Town Board.

2. It shall be a violation of this Ordinance and it shall be unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, spill, place or cause to be thrown, deposited, spilled or placed any garbage, industrial or commercial waste or any other materials or substances which may be unsightly or detrimental to the public health.

3. All licenses shall be issued by the Town Clerk to such persons or corporations as the Town Board shall deem fit and proper, upon an evaluation of their qualifications. The fee for such license shall be $100.00 per year and no license shall be effective until the fee has been paid.

4. A fine of not less than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars nor more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars will be imposed on a person or persons found violating this Ordinance,
